Philanthropy Manager - Part time (0.8 FTE), Melbourne (Clayton) / hybrid

Are you a strategic fundraiser who likes to dream big, builds great relationships easily, and thrives on making things happen?

Our Village is on a mission: to reach every Victorian child who needs us by 2030. To get there, we need a sharp, values-driven Philanthropy Manager to help unlock the funding that will power our growth. 

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the engine behind our philanthropic revenue – leading grants, cultivating high-net-worth individuals, and building the deep relationships that fuel impact.

Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

  • Growing and managing our portfolio of trusts, foundations, PAFs and government grants.
  • Building and stewarding relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners.
  • Collaborating with a committed team to develop compelling cases for support and new funding opportunities.
  • Contributing to a bold strategy that aims to reach every baby and child who needs essentials to thrive.
