How do I lodge a complaint?

We will acknowledge the feedback or complaint received within 5 working days. Further information on how we handle complaints can be found in our Complaint Handling Policy.

What if I want to take my complaint further?

Our Village is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC). You can raise concerns with the ACNC about the operation of Our Village.

As a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia (FIA), Our Village complies with the FIA Code’s Principles and Standards of Fundraising Practice. You can make a complaint to the FIA relating to breaches of that Code.
