Our Village gratefully receives goods donations for babies and children.

Do you have new or pre-loved children’s items to donate? We can help get them to a family or child in need. We ask for all donations to be clean, in excellent condition, and within Australian safety standards.

Our goal is that anyone who receives an item or package from Our Village feels like they have received a gift prepared with care and thoughtfulness.

How to donate goods

Thank you for choosing to give your new or pre-loved children’s items to Our Village. Please check that your donations are on the list of what we can rehome and comply with our guidelines.

There are 3 easy ways to donate items.

Preferred Option

Drop off at our warehouses

Book in a time to drop off at our Clayton Warehouse or Geelong Warehouse.

Send to our warehouses

If you have items that can be posted we would be so grateful if you could use this option. We recommend SendThat – no need to go to the post office, they pick up right from your doorstep! We also welcome online orders or couriers sent directly to either of our warehouse addresses. Our addresses and open hours for drop offs are as follows:

(Open for courier drop offs Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 2.30pm)

Our Village Geelong Warehouse
110 Balliang Street, South Geelong, VIC 3220
(Open for courier drop offs Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 1.30pm)

Local drop off points

We have volunteers around Melbourne and Geelong who host drop off points at their homes/businesses. Please email us with the suburb where you live/work and the items you would like to donate and we will provide the contact details of the nearest volunteer.

In Kind Gifts

Do you own a business and want to help families in need?

Your business can help us support Victoria’s vulnerable babies and children through Gift-In-Kind donations of items, sponsorship and financial contributions.

As a deductible gift recipient (DGR) organisation we can provide you with a receipt for your donation of any new goods or pro bono services.
